I work with founders when they’re facing decisions that will materially shape their business.These are moments where direction, structure or risk meaningfully changes, and where getting the call right matters more than moving quickly.My role is to provide an independent challenge at that point: testing the logic, assumptions and financial grounding before the founder commits to a path.
